The Gulfstream GV was one of the first ultra-long range business jets ever produced, boasting a 6,500nm maximum range. Capable of carrying up to 16 passengers in standard seating configuration, BR710-A1-10 powerplants were chosen for the GV, helping it travel its missions quicker than any of Gulfstream's preceding models.

The Gulfstream GV is a Large Jet that typically seats 13 passengers. It was produced between 1995 and 2002 (aircraft built between 2003 and 2004 were Gulfstream G500s – old model). According to JETNET, Gulfstream built 193 GVs through to 2002. Aircraft Bluebook’s Autumn 2022 price data shows the average GV price ranges from approximately $8.50m (for a 1995 model) up to $12m (2002 model).

The GV holds the distinction of being the first purpose-built ultra-long-range business jet when it arrived on the market in 1995. Offering a range of 6,500nm and powered by a pair of Rolls-Royce BR710-A1-10 engines, the Gulfstream GV offers good fuel efficiency compared to similar aged jets in its category.
